In 2013, he was seen riding the bicycle on a visit to Israel. In July 2017, he presented India Prime Minister Narendra Modi a bicycle on latter&#8217;s visit to the Netherlands.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Amartya Sen, Nobel Laureate<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Sen has always used bicycles in Shantiniketan. The rules aimed to curb pollution in India&#8217;s capital allowed odd-numbers vehicles on odd-days and even-number vehicles on even-days.
