Union Home Minister Amit Shah is meeting Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders from West Bengal to chalk out plans for the coming Assembly elections. For this, senior BJP leaders from the state \u2013 including state chief Dilip Ghosh, Mukul Roy, Kailash Vijayvargiya \u2013 among others went to Delhi on Friday. Other senior leaders are also expected to be present at this important meeting on West Bengal.<\/p>\n
Shah will be in Bengal very soon, and ahead of the visit, BJP leaders would like to keep some important plans that can be organised centred around the visit. Several Trinamool Congress leaders are rumoured to be keen on joining the BJP and the party may want to keep a programme where they can join during Shah\u2019s visit. He is tentatively scheduled to visit the state by the end of the month. During this visit, he is likely to hold a public meeting in Bongaon. Apart from Shah, the national president JP Nadda is also coming to Bengal regularly, keeping an eye on the Assembly elections of 2021.<\/p>\n
