If all goes well, he may be discharged from hospital on Saturday or Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The angioplasty was conducted in presence of eminent cardiologist Dr. Devi Shetty. The procedure went off smoothly, and later, chief minister Mamata Banerjee visited him at the hospital. She also spoke with doctors and Saurav\u2019s wife Dona.\u00a0Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar tweeted wishing him a speedy recovery.<\/p>\n<p>Doctors are carrying out requisite medical examinations on him on Friday, a senior official of the hospital where he is admitted said. Dr. Aftab Khan has examined him on Friday morning.<\/p>\n<p>On January 2, Saurav Ganguly was admitted to Woodlands Hospitals after he felt uncomfortable during a workout session at home. He had undergone angioplasty then. The medical board of the Woodlands Hospital had concluded that angioplasty on his other blockages would be done at a later stage.
