Those who attended state president Dilip Ghosh\u2019s \u201cCha Chakra\u201d (discussion over cup of tea) meeting at Jodhpur Park this morning, got lucky coupon for which a lucky draw would be held with gifts for the those who win.<\/p>\n
Trinamool spokesperson Kunal Ghosh mocked this, saying it was an attempt to attract people in the name of gift coupons, as \u201cBJP is unable to draw crowds in its meetings\u201d.\u00a0Ghosh said, \u201cNobody is attending their \u2018Cha Chakra\u2019 and other political meetings, so lucky draws are being organised as baits.
