He also demanded a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the incident.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div>At a press conference, Dr Khan alleged that Paswan and another person Satish Nangalia gave the contract of killing his brother, Kashif Jameel, after Khan&#8217;s uncle lodged an FIR against them for encroaching a land in February this year.<\/div>\n<div>\nKhan also slammed Uttar Pradesh police as the cops failed to trace the culprits. Alleging the police investigation was being influenced by &#8220;someone&#8221;, Khan demanded an investigation by CBI or by a High Court judge.<\/div>\n<div>\nKafeel Khan had spent eight months in prison after he was alleged to be responsible for the death of 63 children due to shortage of oxygen in a UP hospital in August last year.
