Union Home Minister Amit Shah said at a rally in Gosaba of South 24-Parganas on Tuesday that he will form a special investigating team to \u201cinvestigate scams and how much money the Trinamool Congress leaders siphoned off\u201d.<\/p>\n

Shah said that while Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants development for West Bengal, the Trinamool Congress chief, Mamata Banerjee, is interested in making her nephew, Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee, the next chief minister. Attacking Mamata Banerjee, Shah said that she had turned the land of brave freedom fighters into a land of violence and cut-money. \u201cModi-ji<\/em> sent Rs 10,000 crore after the cyclone Amphan hit West Bengal. Where did the money go? Did you get any relief?\u201d asked Shah.<\/p>\n

Referring to the Trinamool Congress chief\u2019s statement that the BJP makes promises before elections but is nowhere to be found later, Shah said, \u201cBJP keeps its promises wherever we are in power.
