Stones were thrown at the convoy of Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Suvendu Adhikari in Nandigram’s Satengabari area of East Midnapore on Thursday afternoon. Polling is on in Nandigram along with 29 other constituencies in the second phase of Bengal elections. Suvendu Adhikari remained unhurt in the incident. A media vehicle however, faced the brunt of the attack, it was reported.<\/p>\n
