He had earlier called the United Nations\u2019 report on Kashmir (alleging human rights violated grossly in the state), as \u201cmotivated\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gen.
