The elections will be held under the supervision of the state police. If anyone feels unsafe or has a complaint, it can be lodged with the police, the court has said.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court on Monday had refused to entertain the petition filed by the BJP and asked them to approach the Calcutta High Court.
