{"id":1664,"date":"2018-07-03T11:33:34","date_gmt":"2018-07-03T06:03:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebengalstory.com\/english\/?p=1664"},"modified":"2021-01-05T03:14:06","modified_gmt":"2021-01-04T21:44:06","slug":"bridge-collapses-in-mumbais-andheri-six-injured","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebengalstory.com\/english\/bridge-collapses-in-mumbais-andheri-six-injured\/","title":{"rendered":"Bridge collapses in Mumbai\u2019s Andheri, six injured"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Six people were left injured \u2013 two of them in critical condition \u2013 as a portion of an overbridge collapsed in Mumbai\u2019s Andheri early\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_186571016\">Tuesday<\/span>\u00a0morning following incessant rain.<\/p>\n<p>The Gokhale Bridge that connects Andheri East and Andheri West stations, collapsed on the southern end of Andheri station between platform numbers seven and eight around\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_186571017\">7.30 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Four fire tenders rushed to the spot before National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) was sent to conduct rescue operations.
