The Left Front candidate from Ballygunge is Saira Shah Halim. She is daughter-in-law of former Speaker of West Bengal Assembly, Hasim Abdul Halim. The BJP\u2019s candidate from Ballygunge is Keya Ghosh. This seat fell vacant due to the death of Subrata Mukherjee, Trinamool Congress\u2019 senior leader and minister.<\/p>\n<p>In Asansol, the CPI(M) candidate is Partha Mukherjee, while Shatrughan Sinha has been fielded by the Trinamool Congress. The BJP\u2019s candidate in Asansol is Agnimitra Paul.
