He was speaking at a programme in Siliguri, when he made the statement, making it clear that the controversial law is back on the Centre\u2019s agenda in the coming days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have come to north Bengal today. I want to make it clear that the Trinamool Congress is spreading rumours that the CAA will not be implemented.
