In a letter to Akademi chairperson Bratya Basu \u2013 also the state\u2019s education minister \u2013 the author said that it had become a \u201ccrown of thorns\u201d for her due to the body\u2019s decision to confer the CM with the special award on the birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore.
