The apex court will continue with the hearing tomorrow on the plea filed by historian Romila Thapar and four others.<\/p>\n<p>Appearing for the Maharashtra government, Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Tushar Mehta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dnaindia.com\/india\/report-bhima-koregaon-case-supreme-court-says-cannot-sacrifice-liberty-on-basis-of-conjectures-hearing-to-resume-tomorrow-2665120\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">submitted<\/span> <\/a>evidence on behalf of the police and produced letters seized by the Pune police.\u00a0Arguing for petitioners, senior advocate Abhishek Singhvi said that the letters cited by the state were unsigned, undated and were \u201cclearly fabricated\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court had earlier extended the house arrest of the activists till September 19.
