In 2009, Muzaffar Alam, a resident of the Gorakhpur, had registered a case against Kafeel Khan and his brother at Rajghat police station.<\/p>\n<p>In his complaint, Alam had accused them of using his photograph and ID to open a fake bank account and for using these for transactions of over Rs 82 lakh. Kafeel Khan, at that time, was a medical student.<\/p>\n<p>Khan\u2019s arrest comes just a day after he was released on bail for being arrested on allegations of creating ruckus at a hospital.
