The Oshiwara registered the FIR for rape on a complaint filed by Nanda.<\/p>\n<p>Nath was initially accused of sexual harassment and rape by Nanda in an emotionally charged #Metoo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/vintananda\/posts\/10156499299095560\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">post on Facebook<\/span><\/a>. Also, a sessions court in Mumbai had rejected the application of Alok Nath\u2019s wife, who sought an injunction order against Vinta Nanda.
