The Narendra Modi or Namo App has launched a new survey for \u2018direct feedback\u2019 from the citizens. In a video appeal posted on Twitter and Facebook, the Prime Minister speaks of how \u2018feedback matters\u2019. Emphasizing on how such feedback will help the government take \u2018important decisions\u2019, the Prime Minister has appealed to one and all to participate in the survey.<\/p>\n
From rating the government\u2019s performance to evaluating the role of local BJP leaders, the work culture of the current government to volunteering for the BJP, purchasing NAMO merchandise to donating money to the party – there are nine tabs to carry out this detailed survey.<\/p>\n
Respondents are asked to share if they feel more optimistic about the country\u2019s future under the current regime. It also looks to examine public sentiment on the tenability of \u2018Mahagathbandhan\u2019 in their areas. Anyone taking the survey has to rate the government on how well it has delivered on its promises – of ensuring \u2018farmer prosperity\u2019, health care that is affordable, building infrastructure, ridding the state of corruption, national security, economy, bringing electricity to rural India, protecting the marginalized and the Swachh Bharat project.<\/p>\n
With the loss of the ruling party in the recent state elections of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, the revived opposition and the continued criticism the government has received from the Congress President Rahul Gandhi on the Rafael deals, the party is no longer viewed as unbeatable at the polls.<\/p>\n
According to BJP leaders, the survey will help to focus on the issues concerning the party in the upcoming elections. It will also facilitate the process of selecting candidates for the elections.
