Allowing the scheme to roll, the Supreme Court has sent a notice to the government today giving it four weeks to respond.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Introduced, ratified by the Parliament and enacted within a very short span of time, the controversial reservation bill is \u2018unconstitutional\u2019 as per the petitions filed against it.
