The court did not give an immediate hearing and listed the matter on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Chief minister Mamata Banerjee has called the CBI\u2019s attempts to question Kumar a political witch-hunt led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led government at the Centre an attempt to \u2018organise a coup\u2019 in the state.<\/p>\n<p>Banerjee has since staged a dharna at the Metro channel in Kolkata\u2019s Esplanade from last night against the Central government\u2019s use of the CBI for political gains.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the state governor Keshari Nath Tripathi is expected to submit a report on the matter to the Centre.
