Adding that those who surrendered would be helped to \u2018get back in the mainstream\u2019, the army officer said that the government\u2019s surrender policy would facilitate the process.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the media at a joint meeting of the Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the state police, the lieutenant general stated the entire organisation of the Jaish-e Mohammed terrorist group would be dismantled in Kashmir.<\/p>\n<p>Three terrorists of the militant outfit were killed in an encounter yesterday in Pulwama including Kamran \u2013 an alleged co-conspirator of the Pulwama terror attack which claimed the lives of 40 CRPF personnel on February 14. He is believed to be a close associate of Jaish-e-Mohammed leader Masood Azhar based in Pakistan.
