This was indicated by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi. \u201cWe will rise by 5pm. Enough is enough,\u201d he said, after a lawyer asked the Supreme Court for more time for the arguments. The court is expected to announce a verdict before the CJI leaves office on November 17.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday was the 39<sup>th<\/sup> day of the hearing that had started on August 6 this year.
