Union education secretary R. Subrahmanyam took to Twitter today saying, \u201c#JNU Executive Committee announces major roll-back in the hostel fee and other stipulations. Also proposes a scheme for economic assistance to the EWS students. Time to get back to classes. @HRDMinistry\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The students have however said that they are not happy with the decision and instead demand a complete revocation of the increased fees. JNU students had been staging protests for 16 days with a major scuffle with police on Monday, the university\u2019s convocation day. The convocation was attended by M.
