Hearing for the case which was to take place today, got held up as solicitor general Tushar Mehta was appearing for the Maharashtra case.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The case was to be heard by a bench headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde. The Central Bureau of Investigation had on October 4 appealed to the apex court, challenging Calcutta High Court&#8217;s October 1 order, which granted Kumar anticipatory bail if he is arrested by the central investigating agency.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The CBI had moved Supreme Court against the order, saying that custodial interrogation of Kumar is required in connection with the Saradha chit fund probe.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court has postponed the hearing on Rajeev Kumar&#8217;s anticipatory bail to Friday, November 29.
