Such an unprecedented event will obviously have huge political ramifications in the coming days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the session on Tuesday, Speaker Biman Banerjee adjourned the Assembly sessions for the next two days \u2013 and made the announcement \u2013 that the bills sent for the Governor\u2019s signature had not come from Raj Bhawan yet. For any new bill, the relevant department sends it to the law department after whose clearance it is sent to the Governor\u2019s office for his signature and clearance.
