{"id":8005,"date":"2020-01-06T18:40:13","date_gmt":"2020-01-06T13:10:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebengalstory.com\/english\/?p=8005"},"modified":"2021-01-05T03:09:18","modified_gmt":"2021-01-04T21:39:18","slug":"jan-8-strike-25-crore-people-likely-to-participate-in-the-nation-wide-strike","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebengalstory.com\/english\/jan-8-strike-25-crore-people-likely-to-participate-in-the-nation-wide-strike\/","title":{"rendered":"Jan 8 strike: 25 crore people likely to participate in the nation-wide strike"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ten central trade unions said that around 25 crore people across the country will participate in a nation-wide strike on January 8 to protest \u201canti-people\u201d policies of the Centre.<\/p>\n<p>INTUC, CITU, AITUC, HMS, AIUTUC, TUCC, SEWA, AICCTU, LPF, UTUC along with several independent federations and associations had adopted a declaration to go on a nation-wide strike on January 8.
