This is a preparatory meeting on the NPR.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will not send any representative,\u201d Banerjee announced on Wednesday at Kolkata\u2019s Rani Rashmoni Avenue, where her party, Trinamool Congress\u2019 students\u2019 wing is organising an agitation programme against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC).<\/p>\n<p>The Centre has asked all states to participate in a preparatory meeting for \u201cCensus 2021\/Updation of NPR, 2020\u201d .
