This is the first time the PM has said something on the matter since the violence erupted on Sunday.<br \/>\nAround 200 have been injured and 21 killed in the ongoing riots in Delhi.<br \/>\n&#8220;Peace and harmony are central to our ethos. I appeal to my sisters and brothers of Delhi to maintain peace and brotherhood at all times. It is important that there is calm and normalcy is restored at the earliest,\u201d the PM said.<br \/>\nHe added, &#8220;Had an extensive review on the situation prevailing in various parts of Delhi. Police and other agencies are working on the ground to ensure peace and normalcy.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe remarks by the PM comes after a two-day visit to India by the United States President Donald Trump ended on Tuesday.
