They have been booked under four sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) \u2013 153A, 505, 506 and 34 \u2013 which includes promoting feeling of enmity among religions, inciting one community against another, criminal intimidation and act done by several persons with common intention. The first one is a non-bailable offence.<br \/>\nPolice said that they are trying to identify other BJP workers who raised the slogan by interrogating the three.<br \/>\nOn Sunday, some BJP workers were seen shouting \u201c<em>goli maaro<\/em>\u201d from a rally approaching the Shahid Minar from Jawaharlal Nehru Road in Kolkata, where Union Home Minister Amit Shah spoke in a rally.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>goli maaro<\/em>\u00a0slogan is said to have fuelled the violence that erupted in Delhi last week, leading to horrific violence that killed over 40 persons and leaving over 200 injured.
