He has been put under observation.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Additionally, five persons are under observation in Beliaghata ID as COVID-19 suspects.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, SSKM Medical College &amp; Hospital in Kolkata got approval for conducting tests to detect COVID-19 on Wednesday. It is thus the first hospital run by the state in West Bengal to get such approval.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">So far, tests for COVID-19 was done only at the Centre-run NICED (National Institute of Cholera and Enteric Diseases) situated within Beliaghata ID hospital premises.<br \/>\nAn inspection was conducted recently by officials of Union Health Ministry in the microbiology department of SSKM for this purpose.
