The West Bengal government has allowed certain activities to run during the extended lockdown<\/span><\/a> to contain Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).<\/div>\n
\n

Apart from these, standalone shops across the state, which are outside containment zones, will remain open from 10 am to 6 pm. Barber shops and salons will run in green zones only.<\/p>\n

Shops selling following items are allowed to run outside containment zones:<\/p>\n

* Agricultural implements, pumps & other devices<\/p>\n

* Agricultural products including seeds, oil seeds, etc.<\/p>\n

* All consumer durables like refrigerators, TV, kitchen appliances, air conditioners etc.<\/p>\n

* All household items, like utensils, cushions, mattress, etc.<\/p>\n

* Automobiles including spare parts and lubricants<\/p>\n

* Batteries and battery chargers<\/p>\n

* Books and stationery items<\/p>\n

* Beverages including packaged tea and coffee<\/p>\n

* Chemicals<\/p>\n

* Cement<\/p>\n

* Clocks and watches<\/p>\n

* Computer and calculator parts and other Information Technology (IT) products<\/p>\n

* Construction materials of any kind<\/p>\n

* Edible oil<\/p>\n

* Electric cables and wire, switch and other electrical products<\/p>\n

* Electrical meters and other electrical products<\/p>\n

* Electronic appliances<\/p>\n

* Engineering goods<\/p>\n

* Fan and fan parts<\/p>\n

* Fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, etc.<\/p>\n

* Floor and wall tiles of all varieties<\/p>\n

* Footwear<\/p>\n

* Furniture<\/p>\n

* Generators and transformers<\/p>\n

* Glassware and glass materials of any kind<\/p>\n

* Gold and jewellery<\/p>\n

* Granite, marble and other flooring materials<\/p>\n

* Handicrafts and decorative materials<\/p>\n

* Hardware<\/p>\n

* Iron and steel and products<\/p>\n

* Jute and jute products<\/p>\n

* Laundry<\/p>\n

* Machinery and machine parts of all types<\/p>\n

* Medical instrument and appliances<\/p>\n

* Mobile telephone, celluar phone, other communication devices and mobile recharging<\/p>\n

* Packaging materials including cans and containers<\/p>\n

* Paints & varnishes<\/p>\n

* Paper and paper goods<\/p>\n

* Pipe and pipe fittings<\/p>\n

* Plastic and rubber products including granules<\/p>\n

* Soap and detergents<\/p>\n

* Sanitary wares and fittings<\/p>\n

* Spices and condiments<\/p>\n

* Sweets<\/p>\n

* Textiles and readymade garments<\/p>\n

* Timber, sized timber, plywood and particle boards of any kind<\/p>\n

* Tyre and tubes<\/p>\n
