BJP top leaders in Bengal: Amit Shah on Feb 18, PM Modi on Feb 22
Both will address political rallies.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in West Bengal on February 22 and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be in the state on February 18. Both will address public meetings, apart from some government programmes.
PM Modi will address a rally in Chinsurah in the Hooghly district, and will also inaugurate some development programmes and events during his visit. He will inaugurate the Dakshineswar Metro Railway station that will be connected to the existing North-South line. The new 4-km section will be permanently linked to the existing 27-km Noapara-Kavi Subhash corridor.
Shah will be in Kolkata on February 18 to flag-off BJP’s “Parivartan Yatra”. He will flag-off the yatra from Kakdwip of South 24 Parganas.
