21-year-old Kolkata model found dead in apartment

A 21-year-old model, Bidisha De Majumader, was found dead in her rented apartment in Kolkata’s Dum Dum area, police said. The body of the model was found in the Nager Bazar apartment on Wednesday evening after neighbours broke open the door.

A note was reportedly found near the body in which it was written that she was taking the step due to lack of career opportunities. The matter is being investigated and it includes examining the handwriting by experts to ascertain if it was indeed written by her.

Recently, a popular TV actor Pallabi Dey was found dead in her rented Garfa apartment. Probe on both deaths are on.
