CBI searches houses of Bengal minister Moloy Ghatak: reports

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is conducting searches in various parts of West Bengal in premises of state law minister Moloy Ghatak in connection with alleged coal scam, according to news reports.

The searches are being carried out at six locations in Kolkata and Asansol. The scam is in connection with Eastern Coalfields Ltd mines in two areas.
