Omair Ahmad holds Master’s degrees in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi and Syracuse University, New York, with a specific focus on conflict resolution. He has worked on peace-building initiatives in Kashmir, and between India and Pakistan, as well as with the Tibetan community in exile. His published work includes the novels Encounters, The Storyteller’s Tale, Jimmy the Terrorist and The Kingdom at the Centre of the World; Journeys into Bhutan.
