Bengal election: Trinamool crosses 200 mark, BJP leading in 80 seats
The majority mark in Bengal is 148.

Voting was held in Bengal in gruelling eight phases amid a worrying rise in COVID cases. Elections started in Bengal on March 27 and ended on April 29. In Bengal, the total number of seats is 294, and the majority mark is 148. Elections were held in 292 seats due to the death of two candidates from COVID-19.
