BJP state committee member & Tolly actors join Trinamool Congress

Some actors and a BJP state committee member joined Trinamool Congress on Tuesday at Trinamool Bhavan, in presence of party general secretary Partha Chatterjee.

The new members are actors Payel Deb, Priya Pal and Rezwan Rabbani Sheikh, and BJP state committee and kisan morcha member Swaraj Bose.

Talking about their joining the party, Chatterjee said, “They have shown confidence and faith in Mamata Banerjee and joined her effort to save Bengal. They want to work for the people.”
