COVID-19: West Bengal fire services minister Sujit Bose tests positive

West Bengal fire and emergency services minister Sujit Bose tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday.

The senior Trinamool Congress leader got himself and other members of his family tested after their domestic help tested positive. After the reports came, Bose and his wife both were found to have tested positive.

Bose does not have any symptoms, and he is staying in home quarantine on the advice of doctors. Confirming the news, Sujit Bose said, “I have tested positive for COVID-19, though I don’t have any symptoms. I am staying in home quarantine on the advice of doctors.” Other members of his family are also staying in home quarantine.
