The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday interrogated Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee’s wife Rujira Banerjee in Kolkata in connection with the coal pilferage scam. Rujira Banerjee reached the ED office in CGO Complex at around 11 am with her child in her arms.
Four officers are questioning her according to reports. The Supreme Court has allowed the ED to question her in Kolkata with a prior notice of 24 hours. The CBI has questioned her twice already in connection with the case.
