Sonia Gandhi sends message for success of the United India Rally

Congress leader Sonia Gandhi today send a message for the United India Rally, which was read out by senior leader Mallikarjun Kharge.

Sonia Gandhi wished the rally great success. In her message, she said that the 2019 elections “won’t be an ordinary one”. “It will be an election to restore faith in democracy… The rally is an important step to galvanise that,” according to Sonia Gandhi’s message.

Earlier, Congress president Rahul Gandhi had written to Banerjee yesterday wishing the rally success. Expressing his support to ‘Mamata-Di’, Rahul Gandhi said that the “entire opposition is united” and that the rally would send out a “powerful message of a united India.”
