An elated Jaydeep says he had always been fond of Chemistry, and did not have any doubt about opting for the Science stream after passing the Indian Certificate for Secondary Examination (ICSE). Not only did he score 100 in his favourite subject, he also got full marks in Physics and Computer Science and 98 in Mathematics.

Joydeep has cleared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) mains and is aiming to crack the advanced examination, scheduled on May 20. He is also preparing for the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) admission test.
