Prime Minister Narendra Modi may have said Rs 15 lakh would go every poor person if black money was recovered, this hasn’t happened so far.
But he was rather prompt in sending a gold coloured garland to an IIT-an who requested for it, reported ANI.
Rajesh Kumar Singh, a student from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) of Dhanbad, asked for the garland on Twitter. The PM was wearing it at a public rally last month. Modi responded by sending it to Singh immediately along with a letter.
